Return Policy

Returning Items

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition. Please include the tracking number to help us process your return more quickly. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The defective item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (images of the defective item)

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot process refunds, credits, or replacements.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you ordered but did not receive
  • The name of the item you received instead
  • A photo of the item you received

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., wrong choice, personal preference, or fit issues), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, the return must be accompanied by a valid return label.
